Je tiens à vous faire part de ma déception suite à ma dernière commande chez vous. J’ai acheté une paire de gants Revit taille L, mais à la réception, plusieurs points m’ont surpris : •Les languettes/étiquettes qui garantissent que les gants sont neufs étaient coupées. •Les gants n’étaient pas dans leur packaging Revit d’origine, juste posés dans le colis. •L’aspect laisse penser qu’ils ont déjà été portés. Pour comparaison, j’avais déjà acheté exactement le même modèle chez Motoblouz, et le produit était livré scellé, avec toutes les étiquettes et l’emballage complet. Je souhaitais donc vous remonter ce retour, car pour un produit de ce prix, je m’attendais à recevoir un article véritablement neuf et présenté de manière conforme à la marque.
