## AI summary

These running shoes stand out for their excellent balance between protective cushioning and dynamic rebound with every stride. They are particularly appreciated for their comfort during regular road training. The pronounced forward roll greatly facilitates propulsion, which may, however, surprise runners accustomed to a flatter transition.

## Strengths

- **Cushioning and rebound** — The shoes offer an excellent compromise between effective shock absorption and dynamic energy return.
- **Propulsion** — The design promotes a pronounced forward roll that helps naturally restart the stride.

## Weaknesses

- **Rolling effect** — The forward transition is very marked, requiring an adaptation period for certain profiles.

## Frequently asked questions

- Is the cushioning suitable for long runs?
- Is the forward roll too destabilizing?
- Do they offer good dynamism for interval training?
- Is the fit comfortable right out of the box?
